Ingrédients (pour 12 muffins):
-25 daims®
-220 g de farine
-125 g de beurre à température ambiante
-100 g de sucre
-50 g de noix de pécan
-2 œufs
-1 sachet de levure chimique
-1 cuillère à café d'extrait de vanille
-1 pincée de sel
Préchauffez le four à 180°C.
Mélangez vivement le beurre et le sucre jusqu'à ce que le mélange blanchisse. Ajoutez les œufs, la farine, la levure chimique, la vanille et le sel. Mélangez bien.
Cassez les daims® en morceaux et émincez grossièrement les noix de pécan. Ajoutez-les à la pâte et mélangez bien pour les répartir.
Remplissez les moules à muffin au 3/4 puis enfournez-les pour environ 17 minutes. A leur sortie, laissez-les refroidir sur une grille.
Greediness when you hold us... I am crazy about caramel and the other day, when I wanted to bake some caramel and pecan muffins, I was missing some caramels for my recipe but that wasn't a reason for me to give up on my tea time snack... So I replaced the caramels by daims® since I had plenty and the result was just delicious with the melted caramel and chocolate and the crunshy pecans... Just writing about it makes me want to more!!Ingredients (for 12 muffins) : -25 daim® -1, 3/4 cups of flour -1/2 cup of softened butter -1/2 cup of sugar -1/2 cup of pecan -2 eggs -1 teaspoon of baking powder -1 teaspoon of vanilla extract -1 pinch of salt Preheat the oven at 350°F. Mix the butter and the sugar until it starts to whiten. Add the eggs, the flour, the baking powder, the vanilla and the salt. Mix well. Crush the daim in pieces as well as the pecan (big and small pieces). Add them to the batter and mix well to share them. Fill the muffin moulds at the 3/4 than cook for about 17 minutes. Once there are cooked, let them cool on a grill.
